Cooking Instructions:
Begin by washing the meat thoroughly and removing excess water. Fry chopped onions until brown and mix with sugar, reserving a portion for later use.
Add meat, yogurt, milk, Radhuni Biryani Masala, and salt to the remaining fried onions, and fry for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
Peel and cut potatoes, then fry until golden brown in a separate pan.
Wash and drain rice, then fry in oil for 10-15 minutes. Add milk, water, and salt, and cook until the water evaporates.
Combine the cooked meat mixture with the rice, and layer with the reserved fried onions, fried potatoes, green chilies, nuts, raisins, rose water, and ghee. Cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes, shaking the vessel occasionally.
