Quality is an obsession with Deshigreetings.com. All products are sourced from reputed vendors who are renowned for their quality. We back up our promise on quality with a no-strings attached 7-days returns policy.
6. Can I order goods not displayed on Deshigreetings.com?
Deshigreetings.com hates to say no to its customers. A special service for our customers - if you want us to buy from a specific source, please mention it in our feedback form. We shall get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether or not can we arrange it and if so at what cost.
7. Can I phone or fax my order?
Even though Deshigreetings.com is a facility on the WEB, it is not necessary for you to order only through the Web. Orders are also accepted on phone. Inquiries on services or status of orders, refunds and delayed delivery complaints are also entertained on phone and via e-mail.
8. How do I make payment?
You can make the payment by credit card only on the web. You may send your payment via personal check as well. Please allow enough time to clear your check first before the delivery date.
9. Is my credit card number secure?
Your Credit Card transaction is processed by Verisign. All transactions are secured through 128-bit encryption and is powered by VeriSign.
10. How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your E-mail Box and Previous Purchase History link in our website for accuracy of your order.
11. How is the item delivered?
All items are hand delivered by Deshigreetings.com personnel. A single order containing both non-perishables and perishables are delivered in 2 lots. Perishable items like cake, flowers, sweets, chocolates etc and non-perishable items like gifts, electronics etc. are couriered from our nearest fulfillment center (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi also) to your destination.
12. How will you deliver one gift comprising of various items?
All items are hand delivered by Deshigreetings.com personnel.
13. Are the items delivered as per the display on the web page?
The products will match the image on the website as the images have been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced. But, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control. You will always have the right to return goods with which you are not satisfied under our no-strings attached 7-day return policy.
14. What if you don't deliver or deliver late?
If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be late. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, orders cannot get delivered or are delivered late. In such situations Deshigreetings.com will not be liable for any claim or consequential damages. Under our 7 days return policy you will always have the right to return goods delivered late or if you are not fully satisfied with our products at any time.
15. How do I know that the gift has been delivered on time?
We generally update the status of the order within 24 hours of delivery on our site. You can check the delivery status of your order in the order tracking section at our site at any time. After delivery we will send you a confirmation by E-mail.
16. How much time do you take to deliver after payment has been made?
Delivery will generally be made according to your instruction, the date and time you've chosen at the time of placing order.
17. Can I order for delivery in less than 48 hours?
Yes. For an extra delivery charge we may be able to arrange delivery in cities where we have our own fulfillment centers (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi also) within 24 hours.
18. Is delivery possible on Holidays and Fridays?
Yes. Most holidays we do make the delivery. Only exception of 2 Eid days and 2 days after the Eid celebrations. Alos we do not make delivery on December 16, February 21, 26th March. We always open on Fridays for delivery.
19. Do you guarantee delivery of the gifts on the date specified in the order?
The delivery of all products are guaranteed unless there are problems caused by Holidays (local or unexpected) or wrong address/non availability of anyone at the address or similar problems, the deliveries invariably do not fail. However even though due care is taken there are cases of delay or even an early delivery.
20. Can you ensure a particular time of delivery?
Even though we try our bet to make the delivery on time, our experience has been that delivery at a particular time is not always practical or possible in all cases.
21. Can you make deliveries in public places like Hospitals, Hotels, and Marriage Halls at specific times?
Yes.
22. Can I send some message along with the gift?
Yes, you may send a message along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be printed/hand written in a Reguler greeting card (free of-course) and sent along with the gift.
23. Can the recipient send me message?
Yes, the recipient of your gift can send a return message to you. We request all the recipients of the gifts to fill in their message in the delivery confirmation memo and the Feed-Back form and we e-mail such messages back to you free if and when received from them.
24. What if I have to cancel my order?
You may cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. You must call us to cancel your order.
25. What if I cancel after 24 hours of order?
You still can cancel the order, there will be a service charge deducted from the total amount. That is due to e-commerce fee (for org. transaction and credit back transaction). Here are the deduction rate:
Within 24 hours (9.01pm-8.59pm) - No charge
If you cancel it before 48 hours of delivery - 6% of the total amount
If you cancel within 48 hours - 15% of the total amount.
There are no exception to the above rates

NOTE: Charges may go higher if Deshigreetings.com already have purchased the product you ordered for shipping overseas (above policy does not apply for overseas delivery), or local and local long distance delivery. Certain products are not refundable, non-exchangeable (ie: electronics, mobile phones, furniture's etc). If we already purchase the product you have ordered and/ or you are canceling at the very last moment, we might not be able to cancel that orders. All orders over $100 must be canceled 3 days prior to delivery. No exception. You must call us to cancel orders.
26. What is the cancel order policy for overseas delivery?
All overseas order (outside Bangladesh) must be canceled 7 days prior to the delivery date. If the product has already been shipped to recipient in overseas, you can be able to cancel that order. A service charge of 15% services will be deducted from the total amount if cancellation completed 7days in advance..
